The Wonderful Adventures of Nils Holgersson

Thirteen-year-old Nils dreams of lying on the grass somewhere, making fun of everyone around him, and spending time with the pretty Asya, with whom he's head over heels in love. But he's forced to help his parents on the farm with the cattle. One day, Nils's life changes dramatically: he magically shrinks to the size of a dwarf and begins to understand the language of animals.
